Who can use the online booking system?

The online booking system can be used by Booking Card holders and Health and Fitness members who have a valid membership card. Users are required to complete an online registration to obtain access to the system. Please read the Terms and Conditions before registering.

How do I register for the service?

To set up a new account, please select the Register option at the top right-hand side of the page.

You will need to provide your booking card/membership number in the prompt box and follow the registration instructions. During the process you will also need to choose a username and password for your account.

When you have completed the registration process, you will receive an automated account activation email - the link within the email will take you to the online bookings activation page.

Confirm the answer to your security question, enter and confirm your chosen password and click Activate. You will see a message confirming that your account has been successfully activated.

How do I activate my new account?

How do I log on?

Select the Log On option at the top right-hand side of the online bookings welcome page. You will be prompted to enter your username and password. Select Log On again.

There is a Remember Me option on the Log On screen – if you tick the box provided it will retrieve your username the next time you visit the site. You can un-tick the box at any time in the future if you no longer want this option.

What if I forget my username?

Return to the welcome page of the website and select the Log On option. Click on the Forgotten username link above the Account information box. Enter the email address you registered with and select the Request username reminder option. An email will be sent to you containing your username.

What if I forget my password?

Return to the welcome page of the website and select the Log On option. Click on the Forgotten password link above the Account information box. Enter your username and the email address you registered with and select the Request re-activation link.

You will receive an account activation email - click on the link provided within the email which will take you to the activation page, confirm the answer to your security question, enter and confirm your chosen password and click Activate. You will see a message confirming that your account has been successfully re-activated.

How do I change my password?

Log on to the online bookings system and select the Change password link at the top right-hand side of the page. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password (must be at least 6 characters). Select the Change password option, complete the details requested and Save your new password.

How do I make a booking?

  1. Select the Activity or Class option on the welcome page
  2. Select the Site you wish to visit
  3. Select the Activity or Class type you wish to book (please refer to the Group Fitness Class Programme on our website for detailed class information)
  4. Choose the Date you wish to book (you may book up to 8 days in advance)
  5. Select the Time bands you wish to search between
  6. Click the Search button
  7. From the search results presented on screen, select the Add to basket option next to your chosen activity or group fitness class.
  8. You will be prompted to select a sub-location for your activity from a drop-down list, e.g. Court 1, Court 2 – make your selection and click OK.
  9. Your Shopping Basket will be displayed allowing you to proceed to the Checkout.
    PLEASE NOTE THAT BEFORE PROCEDING TO THE CHECKOUT YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO READ AND ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH YOU ARE MAKING YOUR BOOKING. THIS INFORMATION IS IMPORTANT. PLEASE PAY PARTICULAR ATTENTION TO THE CANCELLATION SECTION (CLAUSE NO.8).
  10. Once you have accepted the Terms and Conditions of your booking, you should proceed to the checkout. Once at the checkout you will be required to either select the Make Booking option for any zero cost items which are included within your membership package, or the Proceed to Online Card Payment option where you will be redirected to the secure payment portal. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment transaction for your booking(s).

Please remember to click Finish when you reach the final payment summary page to complete your transaction. You will then be redirected to the order confirmation page where you may view or print your booking confirmation. An automated email will also be sent to you containing a link to your order confirmation.

How do I view my account history?

Select the Account History tab on the online bookings welcome page. This will present a list of your bookings, which you can filter using the search options at the top of the page. You will be able to select a time span over which you wish to view your bookings by using the drop-down options. Booking confirmations can be printed through this page by clicking on the individual booking entry in the list. Bookings not made through the online service will also show in your account history.

How do I cancel a booking?

Group fitness classes may be cancelled by either telephoning or visiting the centre, or by using the Cancel a class online form. Classes must be cancelled by 3pm for evening classes after 5pm on the same day.

Other prebooked activities may be cancelled by telephoning or visiting the centre at least 48 hours prior to the booking time.

Will I obtain a refund if I cancel my booking?

Customers who give at least 48 hours notice to cancel an activity booking or have cancelled after 5pm for evening group fitness classes on the same day will be entitled to claim a refund. Refunds can be processed over the telephone or in person direct with the centre. Refunds will be credited to the original debit or credit card used to make the booking online.

Refunds will not be given for late cancellations or failure to attend bookings. Members who have booked and failed to attend activities and classes normally included within their membership package may be charged the full rate for the unused booking.

Who do I contact if I have a problem making my booking online?

If you have a problem making your online booking, you should contact the centre direct by telephone as soon as possible. Please have your card number and details of your booking to hand. Click on the link below to access the contact details for your site:

How do I check for messages from the centres?

Click the Messages tab after signing into your online bookings account. Messages are displayed with the most recent at the top of the list.

SF will use this method of communicating with you to notify you of issues such as facility closures, class changes, cancellations and changes to advertised timetables, therefore you are advised to log into the online bookings website to check for messages prior to attending for your group fitness class or activity booking. SF may also contact you to notify you of any promotional offers which may be of interest to you.

You have the option to keep or delete the messages after reading them.

How do I log off?

When you have completed your online booking transactions always log off the website by selecting the Log off option located at the top right-hand side of any page.
